Starting Line Health and Fitness offers the equipment and space for a successful training session no matter your needs. The variety in equipment allows for the coaches to constantly vary workouts, ensuring that he or she targets your specific needs while still making each workout exciting with a challenge different than the last. This approach gives each workout variety, preventing burnout or boredom.
3,500 sq ft. of open turf space allowing for game simulation for a variety of different sports as well as speed, agility, quickness training.
