Join us this summer as Coach Katy launches her running program.
Monday and Friday from 9:00-10:00 Coach Katy will be coaching a strength training program geared for runners of all ages.
Wednesday from 9:00-10:00 the group will meet at Starting Line and head out for a weekly group run.
The running program will run for 5 weeks.
Meeting for a total of 15 sessions
(2 strength – 1 run a week)
Cost for the program is $200
