I like seeing all the familiar faces and the camaraderie. Also knowing that I'm going to have a great workout prepared for me.
3. What has been the most rewarding part of your SLHF experience?
Losing 20 pounds and getting into great shape.
4. What keeps you going/motivate?
The timing of the classes works perfectly for me. It has become a routine.

Starting back up after many years of not exercising.
