Mini Band Exercises -
In my opinion, the mini-band is the easiest piece of workout equipment to travel with. A mini band is a small continuously-looped band that you wrap above your knees, ankles, and wrists. It can be used in a variety of ways to work your entire body.
Do 1 to 2 sets of 10 to 20 reps of each exercise, and remember to alternate sides when you need to.
