At Home AMRAP

Let's face it - your life is busy. Between work, school, home, social, recreational, and other activities you might have going on, it's tough to find a few free minutes sometimes!  So I thought I would share a 45 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout that can be done using only a set of weights. Perfect when you can't get into the gym!


Each circuit should be done for 6 minutes repeating the circuits exercises until the time is up⏱

1.Push-Ups = 10
High Plank Row = 10 each side
Weighted Calf Raises = 30
Jump Rope or Run in Place = 30 sec. 


2.Seated Shoulder Press = 10
Dumbbell External Shoulder Rotation = 10 each side
Hammer Curls = 10
Jumping Jacks = 50

3.Bicep Curls = 10
Tricep Overhead Extensions = 10
Chest Press = 10
Reverse Lunges = 10 each side 

4.Goblet Squats = 10
Side Plank Hip Dips = 10 each side
Toe Touches = 10
Skaters = 20 sec. 


5.Cross Body Mtn. Climbers = 10
Leg Raises = 10
Plank = 30 sec. 
Side Plank = 20 sec. each

 

So don't use "this week is crazy busy" as an excuse this week! I know you can find the time; I just provided you with the means; now all you've got to do is make it happen! I know you can do it!
