Starting Line Health & Fitness Coaches are opening their doors to area coaches for a FREE “Learn by Doing” workshop. This workshop is ideal for high school, club and college coaches who seek a competitive edge.

Join us as we breakdown the tips to keep your athletes faster, stronger and injury free this season. Topics will include:

1. Understanding hip, ankle and shoulder mobility
-Why your athletes need more than stretches

2. Early season speed training
-Why you should begin speed work on day one

3. Full season muscular endurance
-Building post-season endurance and closing speed

4. Dynamic warm-up exercises
-Targeting the 29-muscles of the core

5. Sport speed drills to enhance reaction time
-Stopping quicker to create faster starts

Coach Chip Werner will share his 20+ year of experience training college and professional athletes for peak performance. Participants will work directly with Starting Line Coaches to ensure proper understanding and execution of the drills.
