WANT TO EAT AT THAT ITALIAN RESTAURANT?

OR DINE ON INDIAN OR CHINESE? 

 

Here’s how:

 

Order the meal that you crave—you know, the one you thought was “off limits” but would make you feel so happy if you could enjoy it without the distracting guilt. Pasta? Bring it on! Yahoo! 

 

Order a side of steamed veggies (make sure to ask that they’re steamed without any oil or butter added—don’t blow this off; this part is essential to ensure the veggies remain your low-calorie secret.

 

When your delicious meal arrives, mix your veggies right into it and allow the sauce to coat the veggies. You’ll have a large, super-stuffed plate of your favorite food right in front of you. Divide it in half and have it bagged or split it with a friend.

 

You’ll fill up on less of the heavy stuff and still have your wildest fantasy come true. Resist the urge to rush to eat this quickly. This deliciousness is meant to be savored. Eat it slowly and enjoy every bite, without any guilt. After all, you will have kept the high-calorie food at a reasonable portion size that won’t hinder your fat-loss efforts! Yay!
