Spring Jumpstart Day 16

Green Smoothie

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 to 3 cups of baby spinach

  • 1 slice (ring) of fresh pineapple

  • 1/2 of a banana (peeled)

  • 1/2 of an apple (not peeled)

  • 1/2 of an orange (peeled with a lot of the pith still on)

  • 1/2 of a lime (not peeled)

  • 2 cups of ice cubes

** I also made another batch of the

smoothie and made them into popsicles**

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Easy Vanilla Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup water

  • Ice

 

Very Berry Protein Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 Tablespoons old fashioned oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

  • 1 scoop flax seed
