Spring Jumpstart Day 22

If you are on the road for business or vacation there is no need to skip workouts. Here is a workout you can do anywhere using your own body weight or with dumbbells you find in a hotel gym!

 

Workout - LEGS

 

Straight sets - Complete the first exercise (Squats) then rest 30-60 seconds and repeat until you complete all 3 sets. Then move on to Rear Lunges, etc, etc.

 

*Calf Raises Set 1 = Toes pointed slightly out - Calf Raises Set 2 = Toes pointed straight forward - Calf Raises Set 3 = Toes pointed slightly

 

Workout - Upper Body

 

 

Straight sets - Complete the first exercise (Shoulder Press) then rest 30-60 seconds and repeat until you complete all 3 sets. Then move on to Push ups , etc, etc.

 

Workout - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

 

Straight sets - Complete the first exercise (Pop Squats) then rest 30-60 seconds and repeat until you complete all 3 sets. Then move on to Up/Downs on Step , etc, etc.

 

Workout - Core

 

Straight sets - Complete the first exercise (Bird Dog) then rest 30-60 seconds and repeat until you complete all 3 sets. Then move on to Dead Bugs , etc, etc.

 

*Finish ALL Workouts with Cooldown/Stretching Routine*
