Protein is the building blocks of our muscles - without it our muscles can't grow, recover and repair. So, continue to consume your water and eat your fruits and vegetables at your meals but also include a complete protein at every one of your “main” meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner.) If you are a vegetarian and don’t eat meat check this list for complete proteins to include at your meals.
