1. How long have you been a client with SLHF?
A little over a year - I started in January 2016
2. What do you look forward to the most when coming to class?
Seeing my girlfriends and feeling the muscle soreness when I leave.
3. What has been the most rewarding part of your SLHF experience?
I have enjoyed seeing my abdominal muscles strengthen.
4. What keeps you going/motivated?
I can feel a huge improvement in my posture, I feel much stronger and my balance has improved at Yoga.
5. What has been the hardest part of this journey?
Building abdominal strength since that was my weakness.
6. What has been your favorite exercise and why?
I love planks and TRX - everything but rowing!
7. What advice can you offer others looking to start?
Find an exercise buddy to push you and keep you honest on coming to class.
