Do Anywhere Yoga Flow

April 5, 2017

This yoga flow can be done anywhere and is accessible for all levels. It focuses on hip mobility, pulling shoulder blades down and back to open the chest, and ankle mobility. It's a great flow to do on it's own as a warm up, or make it a workout by repeating the flow 5x through, putting a challenging bodyweight circuit in between the flows.

 

 
Sample Workout

Flow 1x

10 push ups
10 jump squats
3 rounds

Flow 1x

10 plank rotations each side
10 single leg tick tocks
3 rounds

Flow 1x

5 single leg pistol squats each side
5 single leg dead lifts each side
3 rounds

Flow 1x

Push-ups to failure
Jump squats to failure

Flow 1x
