Our Middle School and High School Sports Performance Program's introduce athletes to age appropriate strength training that teaches correct lifting technique and workouts that enhance strength, coordination, and balance to decrease the risk of injury. Dynamic and static stretching techniques for muscle flexibility, and quickness and change direction skills to promote agility for multi-sport success.
